The decision of the arbitration mentioned above should be final and obligatory for the fulfillment of both parties.
11.4. These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between You and Yuliia Verhun with regard to its subject matter and supersedes any and all prior negotiations, representations, and agreements, whether written or oral, between You and Us.
